Name: Picolet Chardin II
Where is this guy from?!:Ranma 1/2, he's a french guy that is also been promised one of the Tendo daughters hand in marriage many years ago, this is all due to Mr Saotome and Mr Tendo's big appetite (again). And so, for some reason Ran-chan is chosen to go to Picolets mansion (well, he went on his own accord to learn the Food-Fu style of Martial Arts...), where he suffers starvation in order to perfect the art of Now-You-See-It-Now-You-Don't Eating (it's not called that, but thats how I see it...)
Why is he a look-a-like?:Well, his hair style, and he's thilthy rich, just like tea-boy Quatre, but...umm the stretchable mouth is really scary...*shudder*
Hmm, and on the Look-a-like scale?:Well, minus the extra big mouth...he looks like Quatre alot, so I'd say about 8/10. Quite good Picolet!
